Research the word ‘tired’ in Google’s search engine you’ll find more articles than you can read dealing with daytime fatigue and conditions that stem from poor energy levels. Americans are undernourished, overworked and just plain tired. Maybe that’s why the energy drink industry is now a worldwide multi-billion dollar phenomenon.
Bhip Global’s Energy Blend is all natural, has only 24 calories and there’s no crash. It’s devoid of additives, high sugars and acid found in other drinks, and people are reporting amazing results not only with their energy but with their health.
Dr. Brad Roach, Dr. Nan Shadid, and Tina Lewis RDH are all proud retailers for the product because of the life changing results they’ve experienced. Dr. Roach reported losing 30 lbs, Tina Lewis said it’s helped her maintain her weight loss and helped control her fibromyalgia, and Dr. Shadid says the drink helped her quit coffee and helped with her husband’s gout.
Dr. Shadid became interested in the drink because of her concerns as a dentist. “We see so many kids drinking Monster, Red Bull and Mountain Dew and they’re so loaded with sugar and acid that it’s ruining their teeth. The dental term ‘Mountain Dew Mouth’ refers to these kids who didn’t have a single cavity for years and are now coming in with a lot.”
Although there is no FDA approval for medical benefits, people report dramatic health improvements. Those suffering with high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and obesity say that their symptoms drastically decreased or disappeared entirely. “We’ve seen about a dozen people who have recently gone to the doctor and have been told they no longer need their medication,” said Dr. Brad Roach.
No ordinary energy drink, the Bhip Global Energy Blend has three components that are responsible for improving overall health. “The amino acids, B vitamins, and herbs really work. Amino acids build proteins and hormones. Fifty percent of Americans are B vitamin deficient. Herbal extracts help with energy too. The drink contains a blend of ‘adaptogenic’ herbs that help the body adapt to stress and fatigue,” said Dr. Roach.
Bhip Global also has a powdered Noni juice and a natural topical libido cream for women called Pleasur. Their newest product, La Core Anti-Aging Collection, is their skin care line which has a patented blend of natural ingredients with advanced anti-aging properties.
Dr. Roach says in addition to being a profitable business opportunity, Bhip Global has also provided he and his team with personal growth and a chance to positively impact people’s lives. “It’s getting so expensive to eat healthy.” I hear that a lot and the way food has gone up in the last year is enough to make most of us grab the nearest fast food meal for dinner or the boxed pasta casserole without a single living nutrient inside it. But I can tell you from experience that you can afford it!
When I was a single mother I struggled to feed myself and my son until I learned a few tricks. When the cost of food jumped last year, I reached for a couple good books on saving money. “America’s Cheapest Family” as featured on Good Morning America last year, was especially helpful. Here’s what I learned from both my own experience and reading a few good books.
Two-fer: Definitely shop the sales. I check Homeland’s flyer every Wednesday for their meat specials and recently found some great bargains with their buy one, get one free sale. Items reduced for quick sale can be quickly cooked or frozen for several weeks. Other stores like Firelake Grocery Store mails their sales flyers so you can catch them too. Don’t toss them until you’ve given it the once over.
Coupons: to clip or not to clip is the question. Coupons aren’t what they used to be. I have found that discount or bag-it-yourself grocery stores are almost always cheaper, even if you compared the name brand product with the coupon! Sav-a-lot, who often buys from local farmers, has the freshest produce in town and the prices are unbeatable. If you commute to Midwest City, try Buy For Less or Crest Grocery Stores.
Cook: Discover the chef inside you and don’t be afraid to experiment! Cooking isn’t as time consuming as you think and it’s cheaper, tastes better and goes further in your home. Buying fresh cut frozen veggies saves you time and throwing in some chicken and steamed rice or some pasta with a little olive oil, a few herbs, some garlic and whala! You’ve done it! Refrigerate the leftovers for lunch…if you saved any.
Substitute: If you find a recipe that calls for something pricey or hard to find at the local grocery stores, like lamb or exotic fish, substitute it for something less expensive like chicken or tilapia. Did you know Saffron costs about $20 but that you can substitute it for Tumeric at about half the cost? Not only that, Tumeric is stronger than Saffron so you don’t use as much but still get the same effect. There’s always something cheaper!
Cut Backs: That’s the name of the game in this economy. Cut your budget to afford healthier foods. If you eat out for lunch every day, cut it down to once a week and you stand to save at least $100 a month! What about that vending machine money you spend every day or the expensive cup of gourmet coffee you get on the go? If your budget is tight, try cutting back several little things. When I was pregnant with my son I was getting a large snow cone every day with my mom. When we realized that we spent $90 a month on snow cones they just didn’t taste the same!
Portion Control: What does portion control have to do with your budget? If you eat twice as much as you should (most Americans do) and you cut your portions in half that would double your food budget! With half as much food to consume you would begin to see a difference in your wallet and your waistline!
While the cost of food has gone up, the cost of unhealthy food has risen as well and if you think about how expensive those doctor bills will be from all the junk you put into your body, maybe eating healthier isn’t that expensive after all. So eat less, eat better, and feel great!
